At Geometry of Lights, every artwork is produced individually to order using professional fine art printing services. Because each print is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Returns
As all products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference
- Ordering by mistake
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Shipping Damage
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.
