1. General

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products through Geometry of Lights.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

All artworks are produced on demand after an order is placed.

Because of differences between monitors and devices, slight variations in colour or brightness between your screen and the final printed artwork may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated during checkout where required.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time the order is placed using the available payment methods offered during checkout.

5. Production & Shipping

Production begins after payment has been received.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on production schedules, shipping carriers, or destination.

6. Returns & Cancellations

As each artwork is produced specifically for the customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Returns are not accepted except where products arrive damaged or defective.

7. Damaged Products

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Copyright

All photographs and artwork displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Geometry of Lights.

Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Geometry of Lights shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products, except where required by applicable law.
